In this message we’ll look at the book of 1 Thessalonians, written by the Apostle Paul in about 50AD.
Paul had an active part in the establishment of the church in Thessalonica, likely the first established on the European continent. As was the case in many cities where the Gospel was preached, the church encountered much opposition and challenge by both the Jewish religious leaders and Roman authorities of the time.
His letter, to this relatively young church, contains themes and guidance that not only specifically given to those in Thessalonica but apply still to us this day. Join Jeff Masella for: Christianity-The Life of Freedom.
