One of the greatest ways we can show our faith is in service to others. In a very practical way this takes place in church each week as our hospitality service team members provide care for those attending our services. Typically, team members serve twice per month. Opportunities are always available for interested people to serve in the following areas:
These individuals serve at the entrances of our church building and are the very first members encountered by our visitors. Smiles, a warm embrace, a caring handshake; if you can do that, you would be a great addition to our team. Members serving in this area report, ready to go, 45 minutes before each service.
Men and women desiring to see that our visitors and church family members have the best service experience possible make great ushers. From seeing that individuals are comfortably and efficiently seated, to receiving the days offering and providing assistance to those in need, our usher team sets the stage for the presence of God. The nerve center of the church is Information Central; a place where anyone should be able to receive information about nearly anything related to the church. Those serving in Information Central should have a passion to serve and provide answers to questions pertaining to the church and its ministries. If they don’t know the answer, they are the kind of people that will find the answer. Members serving in this area report, ready to go, 45 minutes before each service.
